— SERVICES

One relationship, the whole continuum.

Four ways of working together, from planning ahead to stepping in. Each one starts from the same place: where you want your life to land, and what it takes to keep you moving toward it.

ANI Lite

25 questions

A deeper read, used alongside the Future Design Session to map priorities, people, and the shape of the plan.

Step three

Full ANI

45 questions

The activated client baseline: a comprehensive profile that grounds ongoing navigation and every decision that follows.

The ANI suite establishes the baseline and risk profile every service builds from. It begins with a frictionless first step and deepens only as your situation calls for it.

01

Aging & End-of-Life Navigation

ONGOING COORDINATION

IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Ongoing, hands-on coordination across every domain of someone’s life — health, housing, daily living, legal, financial, benefits, and purpose — so nothing falls through the cracks as circumstances change.

WHO IT’S FOR

Solo agers, caregivers, and families who need an active coordinator, not a one-time consultation — whether planning ahead or already in the middle of a transition.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

It starts with a structured intake and readiness scan, scaled to complexity: a concise plan for straightforward situations, or a fuller multi-session assessment and roadmap for high-risk or high-conflict family situations. From there, ongoing coordination — scheduling, logistics, check-ins, and follow-through across providers and family.

THE RELIEF YOU WALK AWAY WITH

A documented plan with clear priorities and roles, plus a steady point of contact so you and your family aren’t managing it all yourselves.

02

Independent Fiduciary Services

ROADMAP

IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Legally appointed decision-making authority — serving as agent under power of attorney, trustee, medical decision-maker, or similar roles — for clients who need someone independent and accountable to step in.

WHO IT’S FOR

Clients, often solo agers without nearby family, who need someone qualified and conflict-free to hold legal authority over their affairs when they can’t manage it themselves or have no one else to name.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

Act III is formally appointed through the appropriate legal documents, then manages the assets, decisions, or affairs under that authority — billed either as a percentage of assets overseen or hourly, with court-supervised roles billed per court guidelines.

THE RELIEF YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Decisions get made by someone independent and accountable, removing the burden — and the conflict-of-interest risk — from family members.

Independent fiduciary services (ANI Pro) are on our roadmap and not yet available at launch.

03

Executive-Style Advisory

STRATEGY FOR COMPLEX SITUATIONS

IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Higher-level strategic guidance for complex situations — advanced planning updates, high-stakes family meetings, and collaboration with attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals — without necessarily taking on formal fiduciary authority.

WHO IT’S FOR

Clients or families navigating complex, high-stakes decisions who need someone coordinating across professionals and steering strategy, not just handling logistics.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

Leading family conferences, working through difficult multi-party decisions, and end-of-life planning and oversight, billed at the professional advisory rate.

THE RELIEF YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Complex decisions get made with clarity and the right professionals at the table, rather than getting stuck or mishandled.

04

Education & Speaking

FOR ORGANIZATIONS & COMMUNITIES

IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Keynotes, workshops, webinars, and staff training on aging literacy, elder-abuse detection, and trauma-informed communication, delivered to professional organizations, caregiver groups, and community audiences.

WHO IT’S FOR

Financial institutions, healthcare systems, legal practices, and community groups who want to build internal capability and awareness around aging, rather than refer out every case.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

Delivered as keynote presentations, workshops, and webinars — the same engagement model used for elder-protection consulting and staff training and education.

THE RELIEF YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Organizations and their staff are better equipped to recognize risk and serve aging clients well — and Act III becomes a known, trusted resource in that referral network.

A NOTE ON PRICING
